Can we (all ladies) do regular exercise during MC periods? Regular exercise means, lower back, abdominal, yoga etc.

Yes you can do very well almost all the exercises. But you need to avoid exercises lying on tummy and heavyweight lifting.

Yes if you are doing routinely you can continue in normal periods. It is advisable to avoid if any one has heavy bleeding, dismenorhea.
