Hello Doctor, I have been suffering from some unrecognized deficiency that I couldn't write holding pen or pencil. When I start to write I get severe ache in my wrist and elbow joint and I loose the grip of the pen. As I get acute pain. I couldn't not continue my writing further. I have consulted so many doctors and have taken medicines for more than 3 years, yet my problem has not cured. I even consulted siddha and Ayurveda doctors and followed their medicines for about one year but I found no cure. Leaving behind all my efforts I have recently started practicing yoga for my cure but the main problem is I have exams within ten days. I couldn't write the first year exam and I failed. This year I have to complete all my peppers or else I will loose two years in my life. I my kind request is just prescribe me some instant pain relief spray that couldn't give relief for three hours to write my exams and further remedies to my problem.

It might be due to carpal tunnel syndrome, where the pain will be felt in the wrist. You can do hot water fermentation/ wax therapy for shoulder and for the wrist pain (hand pain) you can do ice therapy which will reduce the pain.

Most assays detect only igm. Rfs are used as a marker in individuals with suspected rheumatoid arthritis (ra) or other autoimmune conditions. The normal reference range for rf is less than 15 iu/ml or less than 1: 16.
