I?m experiencing pain in my left wrist (around the tendon) for more than a day. I don?t recall hitting my wrist recently. I did?t have any falls too. There is no obvious swelling but there is a sharp pain when I bend or turn my wrist. I?m a 36 years old female. My menses is due in about 4-5 days time.
