Hi lybrate-user,
your ideal weight based on your height should be 57.8 kg. In order to gain healthy weight you need to have a balanced diet with moderate amount of good quality protein (based on your activity level), good carbs and healthy fats. Do strength training exercises in order to build muscle mass. Gaining healthy weight means gaining lean body mass (muscle mass). Have small frequent meals after every 2 hours and include good quality protein in your meals.

You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should be with 80% whey protein in it. Use it after gym. Every time you gym you need to take it. Only o the day you gym. Dose is 30gms. For 30 gms it should have 24 grams (80%) of whey protein only.

-have a glass or two of milk daily.
-eat various dry fruits and nuts, bananas everyday.
-use bigger plates to eat.

First of all you should change your eating habits like
1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
