1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take a high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise.
3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods, junk foods etc fatty. 4. Smaller meals in small quantity 5. Early dinner before 6 pm.
6. Eat less and exercise more

How did you try to loose weight? Weight reduction can't be achieved in one week or one month. It's a long process. Also your height is necessary to calculate your bmi.
For reducing weight start with 4 km jogging within one hour and slowly progress to 8 km jogging within one hour.
Avoid oily, spicy food. Avoid maida. Take least amount of carbohydrates. Eat plenty of vegetables (not potato), dal.

- milk & dairy products can create gas
- to reduce tummy & weight you have to do aerobic exercises like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, weight bearing exercises like pullups, pushups, crunches, squats, stretching exercises, moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week
- also check blood sugar, thyroid hormone levels if there is gain in weight.

Better to avoid medicines. Post pregnancy weight can be reduced through its natural way. You can start with cardio exercise followed by high fibre meal and moderate protein. There are some herbal oil too that you use externally. Taking things internally will not be effective.
