Have high fiber diet with whole grains, vegetables and fruits. Protein should be sourced from plants like pulses, legumes Nd nuts. Avoid animal protein. This helps to reduce weight. Avoid supplement as you might get side effects.

Hello, Almonds before workout is a good thing. But you are overeating after that. You can divide your breakfast into mini meals and eat smaller 6 meals rather than 3 big meals ,this will help to boost your metabolism. Don't have same bf daily if opting for weight loss. Keep on changing to give jerk to yoir metabolic rate. Yes you can have suji and milk with raisins. Different options for bf can be veg oats, veg Dalia, sprouts chat, besan cheela, khaman,stuffed chapati, b down bread veg sandwich, fruits.
