If you desire to lose weight healthily and sustainably, I would advise you to give your body time to shed weight. Ideally you should lose 3-4 kgs in a month with a wholesome diet and exercise. Hello, For PCOD, avoid all junk foods and include more fibre rich foods like greens and other vegetables, also more protein rich foods. Do exercise. For at least 45 mins everyday. Drink. There is no easy way to lose weight. Adding or eliminating any one food item will not help in losing weight. Stil you should restrict sugar in your coffee. You have to exercise and eat healthy to lose weight off. Start by cutting out rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Hello, Almonds before workout is a good thing. But you are overeating after that. You can divide your breakfast into mini meals and eat smaller 6 meals rather than 3 big meals ,this will help to boost your metabolism. you can follow the diet plan also with some suggested products regarding weight loss so you can loss your weight atleast 3 to 4kg in a month.
I m giving you the Diet plan which is less in Carbs you can follow it.
