1. Drink water 16 glasses daily
2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise.
3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty foods .
4. Smaller meals in small quantity
5. Early dinner before 6 pm.
6. Eat less and exercise more

Don't eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks. Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. Cut carbs from your diet. Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber. Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat. Track your foods and figure out exactly what and how much you are eating.

For weight loss, it is good but if you are doing workouts, it is not desirable. Can try for some time. Better options are:
Step 1. Avoid packed food like bread, biscuits, namkeen, wafers, soft drinks, juices, cakes, ice-creams etc. Also avoid all bread based foods like burgers, sandwich, pizza etc.
Step 2. Have at least 2 fruits and 1 plate of salads every day.
Step 3. Workout for at least 30 mins daily.

Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
