What is your vit d3 level in blood.
What type of exercise you do -- beginner, moderate, or heavy power lifting .all this will be calculated what amount of calories and vitamins extra you require which is not being fulfilled by your daily diet.
Start with a litre of full cream milk and 6 banana and 6 eggs daily to overcome the calories you burn in workouts. And you will not be requiring any synthetic source of vitamins. Get back to me after 2 weeks.

Dear madam, while it is possible to take too much vitamin d, toxicity is very rare.
In fact, you would need to take extremely high doses of 50,000 iu (1,250 mcg) or more for a long period of time (35).
It’s also worth noting that it is impossible to overdose on vitamin d from sunlight (36trusted source
so weekly once is enough. Don't take it further. Take enough water to get it eliminated.
Thank you.
