it is good to see you are following a healthy lifestyle .it will surely help to reduce the number of acttacks you get.
1.in addition you need to take care also of your sleeping habits. Make sure you get 7-9 hours of sleep at night (depends on how many hours makes you feel refreshed in the morning)
2.keep your blood pressure in control (if hypertensive)
3.take frequent breaks from the laptop using the 20-20-20 principle to give your eyes a rest

headset three times a day after food for three to five days. for migraine. stugeron25 after lunch followed by rest for dizzynes. tab stugeron75 one at night after dinner for five to seven days.

till then

stugeron25 after lunch followed by rest.

No, there is no proven evidence showing that migraine can lead to brain tumour. There is a belief that if you have severe migraine and it occurs often, it may end up taking the shape of a tumour in your brain. This, however, is untrue. Meanwhile, there are a few migraine symptoms that are common to the symptoms related to brain tumour. These include mood swings, craving for your favorite food, and fluid retention.
