it is good to see you are following a healthy lifestyle .it will surely help to reduce the number of acttacks you get.
1.in addition you need to take care also of your sleeping habits. Make sure you get 7-9 hours of sleep at night (depends on how many hours makes you feel refreshed in the morning)
2.keep your blood pressure in control (if hypertensive)
3.take frequent breaks from the laptop using the 20-20-20 principle to give your eyes a rest
