No, there is no proven evidence showing that migraine can lead to brain tumour. There is a belief that if you have severe migraine and it occurs often, it may end up taking the shape of a tumour in your brain. This, however, is untrue. Meanwhile, there are a few migraine symptoms that are common to the symptoms related to brain tumour. These include mood swings, craving for your favorite food, and fluid retention.
