The plaster has to be kept for 4- 6 weeks without removing it. And also if it pains still then it is advised not to move putting weight on the injured ankle. You should use mcr chappals and also pop cast shoes which will help you not to weight bear on the injured ankle. You can also try ankle brace. Pain in your knee is due to cycling . Either need to keep doing regular excersize which involves quadriceps and hamstrings muscles - thatâs best thing to do and get better .
Pain killers are temporary, so no need to take regular.
If u r swelling persistent , needs ultrasound scan and X rays of knees . No need to do urgently .

Check whether there is still redness in the skin at times the blood clot remains in the area where the injury had happened many weeks / months ago. This leads to ischaemic changes and the oxygen in the area is totally diminished which is the reason when the thigh is pinched it leads to vascular insufficiency which makes your brother to have headache.
