The plaster has to be kept for 4- 6 weeks without removing it. And also if it pains still then it is advised not to move putting weight on the injured ankle. You should use mcr chappals and also pop cast shoes which will help you not to weight bear on the injured ankle. You can also try ankle brace. For these accessories if you want support and guidance we can help you sending the right stuffs for you as we are quite experienced.
