Respected Lybrate user. Physio therapy is the solution .but the condition is too worsening. Surgery is the only option.

•do contrast bath ie. Take two tubs in one you can fill hot water (ie. Bearable heat) to immerse the feet in the tub and you will have good effect ie. Warmth effect. Further to that wipe with towel and immerse the feet in the cold water (ie. Ice water bath) which will help you to reduce the inflammation. Respected Lybrate user. Reasons for your knee ligament sprains are. So many. I think your doctor was explained this. However it's happened" poor adapted positions. Sports injuries. Daily activities (those are related to knee joints). Please take some rest along with precautions (your doctor said). Must be remember. Don't forget" knee cap" which your doctor prescribed. Respected Lybrate user. Usually muscle pains reasons are. 1. Lack of sufficient diet / malnutrition 2. Over weight / underweight 3. Over use of particular joint / muscle 4 incorrect position /posture 5 prolong standing. May be I guess your ankle joint pain causes mostly above. So you can check those whether your own or consult any doctor he / she can guides you. If it is serious problem consult orthopedician.

Dear Lybrate user. First forgot the cost of treatment. You have "flat foot" and also suffers ankle sprain. I think you follow physio at your home. Then regularly do physio ex's.otherwise you just go to clinic / hospital at regularly follow instructions strictly.in my experience "any type of ankle injury will completely cure by physical therapist. Don't be worry.
