When I am bending or moving my knee I feel some vibration as if something is stretching. I am 16 years old. Is it due to excessive cycling?

No, cycling is a good exercise. What you eat just before or after is important. Never do any exercise empty stomach. Do take a banana just after cycling.

is about may be or may not be......................! but limited cycling is good for your health.please take sufficient nutritional diet every day which includes rich in VITAMINS, MINERALS, LOW FAT HIGH FIBER, PROTEINS....& other MICRO NUTRIENTS................all the best
