Rabies spread only when there is some cut on hand or some injury on any part of body coming in contact with the same. It doesn't spread with the skin intact coming in contact with the saliva of dogs.

I'm sorry to hear that your pet is experiencing severe renal/kidney dysfunction. A creatinine level of 14 is indeed very high, indicating significant kidney impairment. The important criterion is Monkey should be infected with Rabies. If so if any of the secretions of this infected monkey did enter your body i.e. under your skin as indicated by a scratch or bite resulting in bleeding wound. Since there was no such possibility in this case as described. You may safely ignore the incident.

In homeopathy, we don't have fixed medicines for specific diseases. Instead, we look at the person as a whole - their physical, mental, and emotional aspects. We take into account their individual characteristics, symptoms, and overall health. Everyone is unique, and homeopathic remedies are chosen based on these individual factors. It's a holistic approach to healing that considers the whole person, not just their disease.

If you have taken 5 doses of Anti Rabies Vaccine on days 0, 5, 7, 14 and 28 and again a booster of two injections within 2 years of vaccination, you should take 2 injections every two years as prevention and 3 injections if there was a bite again. Since it is a stray dog, and you cannot keep a watch on this dog for 10 days from the date of bite, no one can guarantee that dog is not infected. Since rabies has no treatment to be on safer side it is advised that you take total 5 doses of rabies cellular vaccine at the earliest.
