A dog which is possibly rabid bit a pup and I came inside to hide in my house. I lifted it to let it out. I did have small scratches on my leg. What are thr chances of non-bite rabies exposure?

It is difficult to know the exact chances. But yes, minor scratches and abrasions without bleeding is indication for rabies vaccination.
