After root canal it's better to have a crown capping of the particular tooth to avoid such kind of situations
No worry if part of crown of tooth remains somewhat it can be restored using capping of tooth. It is safe don't worry.

Hi lybrate-user, As a general rule we do recommend to get both upper and lower extracted in a single go. If the lower tooth has to be removed, the upper one, starts to come down and impinges on the gums, as there is no resisting force to stop that movement. Every tooth in our mouth is in its position because it has an opposing tooth. But this process of the upper tooth coming down takes months to happen, so you may choose to just do one tooth removal at a time and leave the upper one when it tro...more

Yes root canal is a safe module in pragnancy. But extraction may be harmful. Just o for root canal treatment. Medications you r taking is harmful to your foetus at this time. Avoid medications and go for root canal at your nearby dentist.

Both RCT and extraction can be done without pain. But as a dentist I suggest you to undergo RCT to preserve the tooth rather than extracting the same. Extraction option will always be there.

Yes you can go if you are not really interested in rct now but be prepared for rct in near future.
Broken tooth could also be saved if you want.
But if you insist to extract the dentist may want to see an xray report for the same.
An xray is a vital tool for every dental treatment.
So go for it and smile.

A good oral surgeon would handle the case gently and there won't be any dire complications except for some moderate swelling due to anesthesia and some post-op pain for which you would be prescribed pain killers and antibiotics. Because she is not a diabetic since a very long time so i...more
