Drinks lots of water and fluids, preferably lukewarm.

Include lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Fruits such as guava, oranges, kiwi are rich in vitamin c which is a powerful immune booster.

The green leafy vegetable has ample vitamins and minerals which helps fight infections and flu, fresh hot soups with few herbs do wonder.

Avoid heavy carbohydrates and fat-rich diet. It takes lots of energy to digest heavy oily foods better take small light meals.
