⚫️ Drinks lots of water and fluids, preferably lukewarm.

⚫️ Include lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Fruits such as guava, oranges, kiwi are rich in vitamin c which is a powerful immune booster.

⚫️ The green leafy vegetable has ample vitamins and minerals which helps fight infections and flu, fresh hot soups with few herbs do wonder.

⚫️ Avoid heavy carbohydrates and fat-rich diet. It takes lots of energy to digest heavy oily foods better take small light meals.

⚫️ Consume freshly prepared food, avoid eating on roadside eateries.

⚫️ Include herbs like tulsi, turmeric, ginger daily in the diet. Make a fresh concoction or tea mixing all three. Works like an immunity booster.

⚫️ A light workout like cycling, walking, jogging etc will help to maintain your energy levels as well as metabolism.
