Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
• Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
• Avoid bending in front.
• Neck Exercises.
• Neck Stretching.
• Postural Correction.
• Shoulder Shrugs.
• Take frequent Breaks at work.
• Core Strengthening Exercises.
• Use cervical pillow.
• Use Back Support.
• Self Massage the back of neck.

For starters, bed rest can help relieve your pain and take the extra stress off of your spine and back. You can try the physiotherapy for starting phase, if it will relieve the symptoms then the surgery can be avoided.

If there is no pain. Then do not worry about it. Because if body is feeling something abnormal it will give pain or some sort of sickness. And you are nt facing any then just do yoga.
