There are few ways to smoking cessation therapy. 1) nicotine patch
2) nicotine chewgum- if you smoke 1 pack per day you take 4 mg pieces daily and if you smoke less than 1 pack than 2 mg piece daily ,continue upto 2 weeks than gradually reduce. You should chew properly. 3)nicotine nasal spray.

Nicotine patches by cipla available in different strength to put on arm. One patch for seven days.
U need a rehab center to know the process n procedure. Small to large unit.
Caution
not a singal kash of smoke. Why? It may lead to heart attack. So you need a md physician of rehab center to guide u.
For withdrawal symptoms
you need clonazepam 1.00 mg at night till you need patche of 75 mg.
