According to your height and weight your BMI is 25.1 so decrease your weight approximately 5 kg.
Some tips for weight loss:-
1) Take healthy foods.
2) Don't skip meals.
3) Take at least 5 to 6 small meals in a day.
4) Drink 2 to 3 litres water every day.
5) Don't skip breakfast.
6) Do some exercise for minimum 30 minutes.
7) Don't take stress.
8) Take fresh fruits and vegetables juice.

According to your height your weight is accurate, there is no need to reduce, you can maintain your weight by eating balanced diet, don’t eat junk and fried food, have sufficient water, don’t have alcohol, tea, coffee and do exercise. Have protein rich diet like meat nd meat products, milk and milk products etc for further increase of height.

The best way to reduce weight is to reduce the intake of carbohydrates, sugars and fat and increase the intake of proteins (animal proteins like- chicken, eggs, fish etc and plant products like- tofu, paneer, milk, soy milk etc) and fiber in your diet. Keep yourself hydrated all day. Also avoid the intake of salt after 7 pm in the evening.
