Hi lybrate-user, The best way to reduce weight is to reduce the intake of carbohydrates, sugars and fat and increase the intake of proteins (animal proteins like- chicken, eggs, fish etc and plant products like- tofu, paneer, milk, soy milk etc) and fiber in your diet. Keep yourself hydrated all day. Also avoid the intake of salt after 7 pm in the evening. Avoid saturated fats like- cream, mayo etc. And also avoid starchy foods like- potato, white rice etc, avoid refined flour and its products. Also exercise or walk for at least 15 -20 mins daily.
