Hi. I am having fruits for dinner from past 2 months. I am looking slim now. But my weight is not losing even a bit. Kindly guide me to lose weight as well.

Just by doing one good thing, weigh might not reduce. You need to look at total food consumption throughout the day. Will be good if you take fruits for breakfast and salad/soup for/before dinner. This will take care of 2 major meals of the day.
