As you said you underwent RCT but you are still having pain and pressure feel. There can be many reasons but most common reason for symptoms like this is
1.Necessary Canal (Extra Canal)
2. Residual infection
3. Minor Fracture in the tooth.
Visit your Dentist go for the x ray and act accordingly.
Sometime Necessary canal and Minor fractures are not visible on x ray ,you in ght need to go for CBCT of that tooth.

It may cost around 5000. Still it varies from dentist to dentist. You should consult and take proper guidance from a dentist nearby.

Rct may not be compulsory before a crown, the dentist has to see thoroughly the case and evaluate with X-rays and clinical examination.

Hi lybrate-user. Capping should be must on rct tooth. If Capping not done then there is chance of fracture of tooth during chewing of hard food. Thanks.

U have to remove the teeth,,that's the only way,, otherwise this infection can damage adjacent teeth,,for now u have to control the infection then after that remove it

Rct is root cansl treatment. In this proccdure. Nerve and soft tissue within the tooth is removed with instrument. Yhe tooth will remain in same position but no vital. It will not pose sny danger to. Regarding cost depend type of proccdure and tooth involved i. E anterior tooth or posteripr tooth also on additional surgical po proccedure. It will be better you consult endodontist, dental surgeon dealing with root canal proccedures.

A RCT is not a replacement of an implant. A bridge can be used to replace a tooth. But the disadvantage over an implant is that adjoining good teeth will have to be trimmed.
