Yes the diet looks ok,but it depends what do you consume after ragi,throughout the day.
There has to be a proper balance of calories in your overall meals.

Oat is a whole grain food, rich in fiber, iron, zinc etc. Ragi -rich source of Calcium. So, I think you r giving good cereals but you have to add required fat, protein rich diet along with fruits/juice. Stick to home based diet (blended with cereals, pulse, milk, banana etc.)
