U need to drink more water and do some excercise also at dinner u shud use light food not always chapati do walking at night n learn acupressure for perfect health.

Oat is a whole grain food, rich in fiber, iron, zinc etc. Ragi -rich source of Calcium. So, I think you r giving good cereals but you have to add required fat, protein rich diet along with fruits/juice. Stick to home based diet (blended with cereals, pulse, milk, banana etc.)
