I am taking medicines like recipes, risdone, inderal, pacitane since last 4 months and is preparing for exams but since I feel low and dull at least 4 times in a day. Pls tell me some natural ways for recovery so that I can reduce my medicines, I cannot concentrate for more than 15 to 20 mins.
