If daily bp check available
then I can adjust dose.
Telmisartan is a better drug
but drug currently used is also good.
So no issues if you want to continue it.

•His anti hypertensive medication be monitored , properly.

Measure bp weekly when resting comfortably and adjust medicines if it stays above 140
Be willing to take a queens diet, the present fashion of cheap food hard work is quite unhealthy
