"As" per your clinical history is concerned take thyronorm tab regularly and adjust the dose to keep TSH level normal, when you will conceive then you will be required more and more hormone and dose will be increased as per your requirements. You can be pregnant and while on TTC no need to increase.

Tab. Pause is useful if your cycles are heavy. It reduces the amount of bleed. It doesn't affect your subsequent cycles though, if needed you can take it.
