Pain in breasts just before the periods is normal but it completely disappears after periods. But if there is any swelling or lump get yourself examined. Most often pain is due tohormonal changes.

U shd find out the cause of pcos whether it is bcoz of insulin resistance or thyroid if it is dt thyroid then wt reduction is a difficult task but if you continue with reg exercise do walk and take proper care of your diet with thyroid under control then slowly you will get result. Initially it is frustrating as it does not shed off fast but in due course it works. Take proper dietician advice regarding calorie count.

Hi lybrate-user Hirsutism is due to hormonal imbalance which is due to PCOS .start daily exercise to lose weight ,mostly on lower abs .adopt a healthy life style ,avoid junk foods ,include green leafy veggies n fresh fruits in your diet. Drink 2-3 lits of water. Having flaxseeds is good but I dnt think its helpful in treating hirsutism. Take opinion of gynaecologist, she ll start you on some hormonal pills.

Yes their is a possible treatment for PCOD. You can go and take doctor's advice. And for weight gain you need to follow a good diet plan like avoid kunk food, oily and fried food, refined cereals etc. Go for high fibre breakfast like you can have 1 bowl vegetable poha, oats, oats idli etc with 1 glass of tonned milk then in mid morning have 1 bowl of papaya in lunch you can have 2 oat bran chapati + vegetable + curd+ salad then in evening 1 cup green tea + 5-6 soaked biscuits then in dinner time...more
