Bad smell in tongue due to intake of food particles stuck in between teeth and some non veg foods intake may cause gingivitis n some drugs decayed tooth also cause bad smell you can brush n clean your tongue regularly twise daily use antibiotics mouth rinses or gargle with warm salt water n use tongue cleaner with soft bristles tooth brush if you want to know more details please contact my 1edd.

They can be treated mostly conservatively but in some cases they need more aggressive treatment with preoperative intra arterial embolization and surgical resection. Lesions of tongue that are localized superficially can also be treated with direct puncture and injection of sclerosing agent (absolute ethanol).

Google always says cancer. Google gives you one of the possibility.
Anyways black spot could be due to
1. Caries
2. Stains (fluorosis stain)
regarding swelling on your right side second molar that could be due to -third molar erupting
-caries infection
-gum related
for better understanding send your pictures then will be able to guide better.
Good that you are conscious about the oral hygiene and congrats for not smoking or not having alcohol you are safe from lot...more

White patches of the oral mucosa are common and may represent a benign disorder (e.g. Frictional keratosis), an oral potentially malignant disorder (e.g. Leukoplakia), or malignancy (e.g. Squamous cell carcinoma).
