I am 26 years old and recently diagnosed with hemangioma on tongue which was present in birth but now it seems big, bluish purple colour lesion on top of the tongue with no pain, seen doctor few days before, she said about the surgery, but I am afraid to do surgery because of deformity of tongue which leads to speech problem, is there any other treatment for tongue hemangioma other than surgery, please tell.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you. They can be treated mostly conservatively but in some cases they need more aggressive treatment with preoperative intra arterial embolization and surgical resection. Lesions of tongue that are localized superficially can also be treated with direct puncture and injection of sclerosing agent (absolute ethanol). Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
