No 45 is not an age to lose your muscle mass, she is too young for that.
How is her appetite?
Maintain active life style (the most important factor to retain muscle mass. Then whatever is your age- it doesn't matter)
Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit.
Drink lot of water.
Take half cup of cold milk when you feel acidity, it will help. Curd is good for u.
Exercise in the form of yoga, cycling, Swimming, gymming, walking etc.
