It is always better to take high protein diet instead of protein supplement but you can add whey protein in case of gymming and it's safe to take high tablespoon of whey protein with milk.

Yes. You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes. But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.

Please avoid taking unnecessary supplements and shakes.
Its better to take natural foods like Dry fruits, fruits, Eggs, Milk/products, legumes etc.
Gym instructors may not be the best guides for nutrition. Artificial products / supplements are neither certified or tested as medicines.
Avoid wasting money on such stuff. Do not get carried away by the pictures you see on those Whey Boxes. You will never be like them. And there is no need also.

1.vata-jatadi tail apply it on hair alternate days

1 asthi poshak vati 1 tab before lunch and dinner

Daily protein need for one is to take 1gm protein /kg body weight. If you can cope up your requirement of protein through diet you can skip taking whey protein.
