I do weighted exercise daily. I want to take protein supplement like whey protein. Is it safe to consume.

Hello, Supplement requirements are largely depended on the level of workout you perform. If your workouts are not intense,taking protein abundantly through natural diet would be a better choice,as supplements can also lead to other sideeffects.
