    Method:

    • Mix oats, milk, yogurt and vanilla extracts in a large bowl
    • Keep it for 5 minutes to soften oats
    • Mix honey and orange juice in another bowl
    • Stir grated apples, almonds, and chopped fruits
    • Mix the fruit mixture into oats mixture
    • Cover it and let it cool

  2. Toasted Pumpkin Muesli to Gain Weight

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    • 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
    • 1/2 cup raw almonds (or other nuts of your choice)
    • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
    • 3 Tbsp hemp seeds
    • 2 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
    • 1/4 cup dried fruit
    • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

    For serving

    Method

    • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
    • Spread oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds into an even layer
    • Don’t put roasted nuts into the microwave
    • Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes until it turns golden brown
    • Remove from oven and let it cool
    • Mix it all in a large bowl
    • Add all the remaining ingredients like hemp seeds, chia seeds, dried fruits, pumpkin pie spice into the bowl and mix it well
    • Serve this muesli with full cream milk and creamy yogurt
    • You can also mix some fruits with muesli which is helpful in gaining weight

  3. Toasted Oat and Coconut Recipe

    Ingredients:

    • 4 cups old-fashioned oats

    • 1 cup dried cranberries (or any dried fruit you like)
    • 1 cup coarsely chopped candied ginger
    • 1/4 cup chia seeds
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    To Serve:

    • Blueberries
    • Cold almond milk
    • Maple syrup

    Method:

    • Preheat the oven at 350 degrees F.
    • Place oats and coconut on the baking sheet in the oven
    • Let them microwave for 5 to 7 minutes until it turns golden brown
    • Later remove from the microwave and let them cool
    • Mix oats, coconut, cranberries, chia seeds, spice and salts in a large bowl
    • Keep the mixture in the airtight containers
    • Serve the muesli with the full cream hot/cold milk or yogurt
    • You can add some fruits like blueberries, figs, banana as a topping
    • Drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy the tasty muesli recipe for weight gain.
  4. Apple Muesli with Goji Berries to Gain Weight Naturally

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups of rolled oats
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup almonds
    • 1 cup dried apple (chopped)
    • 1/2 cup apple sauce
    • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1/2 cup dried goji berries
    • 3/4 cup bran

    Method:

    • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees F.
    • Place oats, cinnamon, almonds, dried apple in a large mixing bowl
    • Drizzle the apple sauce and maple syrup
    • Mix well to coat
    • Bake the mixture for 30 minutes (remember to stir after every 10 minutes)
    • Later, remove the mixture from the oven and let it cool
    • Serve the muesli adding creamy yogurt or milk with the topping of goji berries
