I have an office job. Suffering migraine type head ache, most oftenly left back and top of head, for years. Sometimes like a throbbing or like pinpoint, or a cool object crawling. Had been taking meftal. Now experiencing burn feel in many parts, arms, legs, back, left side head, many areas alternatively or simultaneously. Also having day long lightheaded, dizzy, faint. Cannot concentrated in work. Irritation in left eye. No vision problems. Consult eye specialist and general physician. Identified blepharitis and taking drops. Took ct brain plain ,read as" no intracranial pathological disorder" blood test shows ra factor 32. Dr. Advices an anti-inflammatory tab 40 mg twice a day and now continues. Also advice vitamins b 12. Pearlvit, neurolik, nexito, amitriptyline. I stopped nexito and amitriptyline after talking with Dr. Which worsen my dizziness and headache. Have indigestion and heartburn. So pantop is also taking. Concern is day long faintness and burn feel sensations of organs.

Dear user looking at your job which might involve sitting for long hours and bad posture i’m suspecting cervical spondylosis. My suggestion would be to use a cervical pillow to sleep. Maintain good posture by using lumbar support and orthopaedic cushions for sitting. Also the pain can be reduced by physiotherapy.
