I have three health issues 1 migraine 2 daily morning vomiting 3 ibs d I am taking following medicines 1 etilam s10 2 panum l 3 libotryp migraine and morning vomiting are controlled but ibs d are still troubling constant urge to poop all the time I am having vitiligo as well I am self employed and work from home going through financial crisis (main reason of anxiety) I don't have friends to talk I don't have relatives to talk no social life only work, eat and sleep kindly advise.
