Agar acoustic neuroma hoga toh jitna bhi chota kyun na ho, woh mri mein dikhega. Agar mri report mein kuch nahi hai, toh koi tumor nahi hai us jagah. Kaan mein awaz aur daard ke aur bhai kahi saare kaaran hai. Aur baal jharne ka karan kharab paani se nahane se / hormonal issues / pcod se bhi ho sakta hai. Toh aap ek ent specialist aur ek dermatologist ka in-person appointment kara lijiye.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
For some people, hearing but not understanding may signal an auditory processing disorder (apd). This means the nervous system—not the ears—struggles to make sense of the sounds coming in from the ears. Apd is often diagnosed in children, but it also can be diagnosed in adults.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

You have caused an abrasion inside the ear canal and if the cotton bud was pushed too far inside it might have caused injury to the tympanic membrane and if the pain is still present after 2 days you need to see an ent doctor.
