Few days back I had my ear (right ear) paining very badly. When I checked with my earphones, a tiny part of it is missing and couldn't be find anywhere. Now I don't have any pain in my ears but still worried if that tiny part is stuck inside my ear or what. It is no where seen. What should I do? Should I consult an ent? Or its just my fear?

If it is in your ear, you will have at least some discomfort in your ear and gritting sensation in your ear drums. If not, it isn't there.
