To control hyperlipidemia means high cholesterol levels. your wife should avoid fast foods. Oily foods. Limited quantity of non veg shud eat.
To control high bp. Less intake of salt should be taken.
Should not take more tensions.

If you have no any other symptoms then check you fasting lipid profile, rft, lft, cbc.
Take a look on your bmi. Regular exercise if further any doubt then consult me.

It is called tachycardia.
at this age the chances of any pathology is less with no previous history.
But still it is advisable to take proper check up.
even hyperthyroidism can cause such symptoms.

Stop stator for some time
Measure bp weekly when resting comfortably and adjust medicines if it stays above 140
Be willing to take a queens diet, the present fashion of cheap food hard work is quite unhealthy
