Hello Sathyanarayana. when work load is more then such type of problem occur. so try to avoid stress, do meditation for atleast 15 min.,eat soaked almond atleast 4 esp in morning empty stomach, and eat apricot atleast 2 per day. If possible then do yoga. Try these things for atleast 1 month and observe. If problem increase then consult with near doctor. Thank you
