Please do not do any body building activities for the next 4 weeks as shoulder dislocation will take minimum 4-6 weeks to heal. And also you need to do shoulder strengthening exercises which is very much important for you to recover totally and also in a rhythmical manner. If possible try to get private online consultation from us over phone or online we will give you guidelines how to prevent further dislocation and how to totally recover.

Recurrent dislocation of knee
patellar dislocation occurs when the knee cap slides out of the trochlea. When dislocation of the patella occurs on more than one occasion, it is referred to as recurrent patellar dislocation. The risk of further dislocation increases to almost 70% to 80% after two episodes of dislocation.
To help reduce your chance of patellar dislocation, keep quadriceps and hamstring muscles strong with strengthening and stretching exercises.

It is normal to feel like that. However you can give mild hot water fermentation in and around the operated knee. Do not pour water into the operated site. You need to do knee rehabilitation for next 6 -8 weeks for you to get back to normalcy. Until then you cannot get back to sports.
