Hello! I had my acl reconstruction and posterior horn meniscus repair surgery in feb 2020. I did my physiotherapy sincerely for initial 2 months. But after the location I became irregular and I was unable to do exercises to the fullest as I did not have access to equipments like bands and weights. I did not stop fully and did exercises but irregularly. I began doing exercises properly after 5 months post surgery. I was irregular from 3rd to 5th month. Can you please tell me how will this affect me and what can I do to recover the gap in exercise? Thank you.
