Most important need for maintaining your health is maintaining regular habits. Regular timings. Regular free motion. You start the day with some planned activity. Keep yourself very busy. Sleepy feeling subsides on its own. You motivate yourself and must set a target for yourself and work for achieving it. This gives lot of satisfaction and good feeling.

94 Kg weight is too much for a 22 year old boy.Means whenever you are on your feet,your legs carry all your weight and for that a lot of energy is required by your body,resulting in production of large amount of heat.This results in weakness in our body even after slight exertion.So the way out is to reduce your weight.

Yes thyroid is the main gland which regularise metabolism.. and you have problems in that.. it is the main reason.. taking thyroidinum is not a solution...

Hi, may i know your age, occupation, health status any history of diabetes, hypertension, thyroid disorders? Cut down on high carbohydrate food and have small meals and frequent meals every 4 hourly rather than having at a time,and check for your hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels, thyroid status and kindly revert back with all the above.

Low bp as such wont cause any problem, unless it is very low. Salt supplementation may help. Otherwise to see the other causes of very low bp.
