Dear Lybrateuser, - Do steam inhalation three times a day
- avoid all cold fluids, have more of warm fluids like water, tea, milk, soup
- give Syrup Chericof, 1 teaspoonful three times a day
- Syrup Sinarest, 1teaspoonful after meals three times a day
- avoid spicy, sour & junk food
- if not much improvement then consult a doctor as they may require a course of antibiotics.

Yes your doing right.
According to me you should check semen analysis once.
Sexual intercourse - from day 10 to day 18 of your period.
2) do not use any lubricants.
3) sexual intercourse should be in supine position only.
4) take pillow below buttocks keep that for min. 30 minutes after sexual intercourse.
5) do not eat heavy food in that day
6) male partner should have milk after intercourse to regain energy.

Lots of water1/2 hr brisk walkper day. Lots of vegetables salad and soups. Lime juice without sugar or butter milk. Avoid ghee, oil, butter, sugar, milk, rice, curds, potatoes, peas, pizza, burger, maida, papad, pickles and fatty foods.
