HI I am 27 years old and my weight is 100 kgs. Im mother of 2 kids. I want to loose weight and tried almost everything but couldn' t able to do so. Please help

Lots of water1/2 hr brisk walkper day. Lots of vegetables salad and soups. Lime juice without sugar or butter milk. Avoid ghee, oil, butter, sugar, milk, rice, curds, potatoes, peas, pizza, burger, maida, papad, pickles and fatty foods.
