Consult a surgeon or orthopaedician. It might be an abscess which requires incision & drainage. If not drained completely, it will not heal.

hello....the bulge is chalazion which is inflammation of oil glands of lids....there are three methods of treating it...one is medical management in which patient has to do hot fomentation, lid massage from up to down hardly so as to expel its secretions..another is intralesional steroid injection and last one is incision and drainage(a minor procedure with no visible marks/cuts

You can consult a Dentist for the same as pus discharge from the gum can be due to many underlying pathologies. Some addition test need to be done .it can be a dental abcess so consult a dentist as he/she may prescribe you antibiotics and pain relieve medication and according to the condition incision and drainage may be required.
