but along with this you also need to take the vitamin D tablet once a week for 6 weeks followed by once a month for 6 months .

Lime (चूना) is the best source of calcium. A pinch of it (गेहूं के दाने जितना) taken with milk or curd is wonderful. To b taken for 2-3 months.
